Opt.1 with cable inputs: This is
our lowest cost and one of the most popular and best choices for comparing
voltage standards.
Opt.2 with Low Thermal Binding
Posts: The most versatile Scanner when you want to use your own leads, want to
be able to replace the leads or plan to move the scanner and leave the
leads.
Opt.4 with shielded cable inputs:
The preferred choice where the lowest thermal voltage measurements are needed
such as in J arrays or in noisy environments.
Opt.5 Guarded Scanner: Designed for resistance
measurements. While all scanners are able to make 4-terminal
measurements, the other scanners require two channels, where with this scanner
each channel has 4 leads plus high and low guards. The guards can be
activated by your source making this scanner a superior choice for higher value
resistors up to around 10 Teraohms. It is only
available for the 160B, 16 channel Scanner.
